崗位職責(zé)
1.Ensure that the right product is developed and delivered to meet Company's standard & customer's requirement
確保產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)和交付符合公司的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及客戶的要求
2.Lead and Conduct the project phase from initial feasibility study to mass production as delegated by the Manager
根據(jù)部門經(jīng)理的授權(quán)，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和組織項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)實(shí)施項(xiàng)目開發(fā)，從可行性研究到批量量產(chǎn)階段
3.Prepare regular project reporting (including Budget, Planning, Resources follow up and Potential Risks)
準(zhǔn)備定期的項(xiàng)目報(bào)告（包括項(xiàng)目預(yù)算、計(jì)劃、資源的跟進(jìn)和潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)）
4.Responsible to review and validate project milestone
負(fù)責(zé)審查和驗(yàn)證項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度
5.Coordinate project with relevant cross functional
跨部門協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目
6.Production process continues improvement, Capacity assessment, manpower & product
output standardization
為生產(chǎn)工藝改善，產(chǎn)能評(píng)估，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)人力配置確立提供相應(yīng)的技術(shù)支持
7.Leading new project pilot run and help all the relative activities to begin 1st time mass
production, giving advice for future continuous improvement.
主導(dǎo)新項(xiàng)目試產(chǎn)并為量產(chǎn)提供支持,為今后的持續(xù)改善建議。
任職要求
語言要求： 英語-熟練
1.Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, electronic, automation and engineering
本科或以上學(xué)歷；機(jī)械、電子、自動(dòng)化、工程相關(guān)專業(yè)
2. At least 3 years of project management working experiences
至少3年以上項(xiàng)目管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3.Good English communication skills , at least CET 4 or above
英語：熟練的聽說讀寫能力，四級(jí)以上
4.Experience in product design / development from initial feasibility study to production implementation (preferably on Medical devices product)
具有產(chǎn)品開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)/開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)， 從前期可行性研究到量產(chǎn)導(dǎo)入(好是醫(yī)療產(chǎn)品)
5. Familiar with computer operation. Good at CAD Solidworks is preferred
熟練的辦公室電腦軟件操作能力。熟練使用CAD Solidworks 軟件的優(yōu)先。
6.Good communication skills and strong planning, coordination, organization and execution skills
良好的溝通能力以及較強(qiáng)的計(jì)劃、協(xié)調(diào)、組織和執(zhí)行能力
7. Strong team work spirit
較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
8. With PMP certificate is preferred
有PMP證書者優(yōu)先
